Terms of Service

  1. 01Acceptance of terms

    By creating an account or using JustInMinute ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all businesses and individuals who sign up for a JustInMinute plan.

  2. 02Description of service

    JustInMinute provides an industry-specific website, customer/lead CRM, and WhatsApp-based automation, bundled as a single subscription per business category. Features vary by the category you select and may be updated from time to time.

  3. 03Free trial & billing

    New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start a trial. After the trial ends, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription, billed monthly in advance at the price shown for your category. You may cancel anytime from your account settings.

  4. 04Acceptable use

    You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate another business or person, or to publish content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

  5. 05Your content & intellectual property

    You retain ownership of the business content you add (text, images, listings). JustInMinute retains ownership of the underlying templates, software, and branding. You may not resell or redistribute the platform itself without written permission.

  6. 06Termination

    You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On cancellation, your website and data remain accessible for a limited export window before removal.

  7. 07Limitation of liability

    The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustInMinute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost business or lost data.

  8. 08Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
